**Right of Withdrawal**

**To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in a timely manner.**

**This right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that we have manufactured based on customer specifications or that have been clearly tailored to your personal needs or that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return.**

**Consequences of Withdrawal**

**In the event of an effective withdrawal, contributions received from both parties and any benefits (e.g. interest) must be returned. If you are unable to return the received contribution, either in whole or in part, or if you can only return it in deteriorated condition, you may need to compensate us for the associated value. When goods are made available, this does not apply if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its examination – as you would have been able to do, for example, in a store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for the value if the deterioration is due to the proper use of the goods in accordance with the instructions, as long as you do not use the goods as your own and avoid anything that would reduce their value. Items that can be sent as a package must be returned at our risk. You must bear the costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to what you ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed the amount of 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet made a consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. In other cases, the return is free for you. Items that cannot be sent as a package will be collected from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal declaration or of the goods; for us, it begins with the receipt.**
